Met with owner and explained the following:
- at least one person per shift holds a FS level 1 training
- daily temp logs are up to date
- quat used at 200ppm
= high temp dishwasher - reached 71C at the plate surfaces
= permit posted
= discussed the new BCCDC guideline for ice cream production

- please ensure to have a test strips for daily monitoring of the concentration for this sanitizer
- please provide the contact information for the certified pest control by next inspection
