Reviewed Manual Dishwashing Method with operator: wash-rinse-sanitize with bleach

Ice machine cavity clean and appears sanitized

Meat slicer clean and appears sanitized -protocol as per operator is they are cleaned right after use

General Sanitation okay -maintain goods off the floor stored on shelves
-no signs of pests -live traps and sticky traps placed throughout premises

Handsinks well stocked single service drying method, soap in a dispenser, hot/cold water and clear for access
