Comments

- Light covers have been installed on half of the lights in the kitchen, added covers to the remaining 2 lights in the kitchen.
- Hot holding was 60 C or hotter
- Freezers were - 18 C or colder
- reach in cooler was 4 C ensure does not increase above this point, place small amount of food into cooler at a time.
- Cooler in the front is not working and not in use.
- Hand sinks had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- Spray bottles had 200 ppm quat
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 73 C at plate and 83 at gauge.
- General sanitation is satisfactory.
