Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation excellent.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Routine pest control in place.
All coolers measured at 4C or less (drink cooler noted at 7C but limited to storing soft drinks only).
Freezers ad adequate temperature.
Hot holding (cooked meat, rice, etc.) measured at 60C or higher.
Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 100 ppm chlorine.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 73.9C after third cycle. Ensure the temperature is at minimum of 71C at the plate level by running few blank cycles when you arrive in the morning.
Two compartments sink with drain plugs available.
Ice machine is replaced. No issues noted.
In use utensils are stored in sanitary condition.
Manager with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent course is on site.
