-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Prep coolers were less than 4C (top and bottom).
-Upright cooler was at 1C.
-Proofing cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -17C.
*Temperature records were not completed for yesterday and today. Ensure staff are checking and recording temperatures daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Sink plugs and Quats sanitizer available.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until July 09, 2023.
