Observation: 1. Manual dishwashing - wash and rinse only, no sanitizing solution available in any sink. All 3 compartments has dirty dishes
2. Wiping cloths noted on counters without sanitizer detected. Sanitizer bucket noted behind 3 comp sink faucets at 100 ppm chlorine - solution appears clear, clean and unused.
3. No sanitizer spray bottle noted to replace broken bottle from last inspection.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure manual dishwashing is being followed

Observation: 1. Mouse droppings noted under prep table and hot water tank in central island. Droppings also noted inside cabinets by POS station.

2. No pest control service report received by Fraser Health as requested during last inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all mouse droppings are cleaned up and pest control recommendations are followed. Continue to clean floors thoroughly at the end of night to remove possible food sources.
Pest control service is monthly - ensure the pest issue is fully controlled and if required increase services to weekly until pest issue is controlled. Pest control was last onsite Jan17 for the initial inspection and no follow-up. Operator did not contact pest control since last inspection.
