Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Bulk bins were left uncovered
- Bowls used as as scoops in the bulk bins
- Open metal can of tomato paste and coconut milk was left in the cooler

Corrective Action(s): - Keep all food items covered at all times
- Discarded all single use bowls. Use scoops with handles and store scoops outside the container
- Once opened transfer the contents of metal cans to foodgrade containers

Observation: The prep cooler at the front is measured at 12 C ambient air temperature
Corrective Action(s): The operator is aware and is not using the cooler currently.

- Call for the service of the cooler unit and ensure that the temperature is maintained below 4C

Routine inspection was conducted and following were observed:
- Handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Sanitizer solution available at 200ppm quats solution in spray bottles
- Upright coolers at the back and in storage room less than 4C
- freezer less than -18C
- Hot held food measured at greater than 60C
- High temperature dishwasher measured at 77 C during the final rinse on dish surface
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory
