Corrective Action(s): Please use the daily cleaning schedules for public washrooms.
The public washroom should be cleaned every hours but since no record is available, store Manager could not confirm when was the last time that this washroom was cleaned.

Comments

Met with owner, Sid, and store Manager at the time.
Due to the renovation ( 2nd phase of renovation ), the back door is open and we have flies infestation.
ECO lab is providing the service.
3- compartment sink was supplied with quat ( test strips are available ).
At least one certified food handler is available on site and per shift.
