Observation: -Dirty buckets ,dirty bins noted for food storage in kitchen and fridge
-Dirty wiping rags noted on counter
-No sanitizer noted in front or in back
Correction: -Clean/sanitize all food containers
-Wiping rags to be washed and store in a bucket of sanitizer between uses ( 1 oz of bleach in 1 gallon of water 100 ppm)
-Bucket of sanitizer ( bleach solution 100 ppm) to be provided at all food prep areas.

Observation: Lack of proper dishwashing equipment noted- only a two compartment sink
Correction: - Minimum of 3 compartment is required for dish washing,
-Food preparation can be used in rotation

Observation: No hand washing sink in kitchen- hand washing being done in washroom
Correction: - Install a hand washing sink - a minimum one designated hand washing sink
-Hand sink in washroom is not hygienic for handwashing during food handling.
Comments

- Improvement is noted regarding sanitation, wooden shelving unit is painted.

The following are to be completed:

- All extra items to be removed from the facility
- Above walk in freezer- clean, organize and discard all items.
- Remove all personal belonging from the facility ( all medication, supplements , .....)
- All items to be on shelving unit and lower shelf to be at least 6" off of the floor
-Walk in freezer to be fully cleaned
- Structural deficiencies are to be rectified ( broken ceiling tiles/missing tiles - holes in walls ....)- if not possible by dead line ask for extension via email.
-Self closing device to be installed in washroom door.

Address all the above and send a report with pictures regarding correction to the above by the end of week June 30-2023- via email to the area inspector.

Facility is very old and gradual renovation is required.

Any changes in ownership or services required health approval.
