Routine inspection conducted.
Front:
Cooler (bar area) - turned off/empty.
Hand sink supplied with liquid soap and paper towels; water - available.
Note: Observed an espresso coffee machine on a counter near a customer washroom entrance door. The operator claimed that it will be relocated on the top of the bar cooler.

Kitchen:
Prep. cooler at 3.6.0C.
Kitchen cooler 2.2C.
Walk-in cooler 4.0C.
Beverage cooler at 4.0C.
Hot holding unit at 60C.
Ice maker - satisfactory. A scoop stored safely at the time of inspection.
Low temperature dishwasher at 50 ppm of chlorine.
No sighs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
Fan hood - satisfactory.

Note: Freezer that located very back has excessive accumulation of ice (small amount of food in the freezer). Please defrost and clean it.
