Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front of house QUATS sanitizer solution bucket measured at 100ppm. Staff replenished QUATS sanitizer solution during inspection - measured at 200ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Change sanitizer solutions frequently. Food debris and cloudiness can interfere with sanitizer effectiveness.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Stainless steel blizzard cup covers observed hanging off facuet handles of the drive through handsink. No paper towel and hand soap available at drive through handsink. Staff removed items from faucet handles, obtained soap, and paper towels during inspection
2) No paper towel and soap available at handsink behind POS system. Staff obtained liquid soap and paper towel during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): All handsinks must be stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
**Ensure paper towels are in a dispenser/holder.
