General comments:
- Hand sink available and stock with running water, liquid soap,and paper towels
- All freezer units below -18C
- All cooler units below 4C
- Quatz sanitizer>200 ppm for wiping rags -good
-Hot holding units temp>60 oC
-Ice machine is clean , Ice scoop are stored properly
-Foods are covered and labelled

** provide copies of pest control report ( last 2 months)
** Ensure to identify and seal any point of entry for rodents
**General sanitation is improved since last routine inspection. However due to volume of food preparation more frequent cleaning to be done to maintain satisfactory level of sanitaion.
** Discussed cooling procedure for meat- shallow metal pan over ice water bath- currently it is done by running cold water
** Discussed reducing volume of foods prepared daily (due to lack of space)
