Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1.Broken glass noted in far left line cooler with pitchers.
2. Clean glasses in glass holder left on top of laundry dryer and beside janitor slop sink
3. Food boxes stored on dishwasher trays on the ground in dry storage room
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure cooler is cleaned up and all affected dishware is re-washed.
2. Do not store clean dishes or food near dirty laundry or janitor slop sink. Keep clean away from dirty. Relocate dishware.
3. All food and clean dishware must be stored at least 6 inches off the ground to allow for easy cleaning, monitoring for pest activity and protect food/dishware from contamination. Install lower shelf or relocate these food boxes.

Observation: Beer walk in cooler keg line wall covered in mold
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all areas of the kitchen are maintained in sanitary condition. Clean and sanitize this wall and cooler fan covers.

Observation: Require repair:
1. Handsink beside standing freezer - water stuck on "on" position
2. Men's staff washroom sink faucet loose
3. Women's staff washroom paper towel dispenser broken
4. Walk in cooler main door seal has gap on bottom
5. Walk in freezer door does not close completely - ice build up around seal
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the above equipment is repaired/replaced
1. Water button must turn off once no longer in use
2. Sink faucet must be secured to prevent it from breaking off or causing future damage
3. Repair/replace damaged paper towel dispenser to allow easy use by staff after handwashing
4. Walk in cooler door seal must have complete seal to prevent cold air loss
5. Walk in freezer door must be able to have complete seal - remove ice build up and close after each use.
