-Hand sink and washroom had liquid soap, paper towel hot and cold water
-Sanitizer was 200 ppm QUATS
*Ensure all sanitizer bottles are labelled "sanitizer", "QUATS" - no unlabelled spray bottles/containers of chemical is permitted
-Low temp dishwasher noted: 100 ppm chlorine at the dish
-No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
-Food appears to be protected from contamination - covered, off the ground, labelled
-General sanitation is good

-Operator is food safe certified and expiring Aug 31, 2018
***Ensure at least one staff per shift has a valid FOODSAFE Lv. 1 certificate. Recommend having a copy of staff's certificate available on-site. Also recommend all staff especially all juice bar staff have a valid FOODSAFE Lv. 1 certificate. FOODSAFE refreshers offered online and full course offered by Fraser Health and other organizations.
