A preparation cooler has been added to replace the undercounter cooler -measured at 4 deg C -reviewed with workers about the insert fill-lines and thermometer reading measurements at food level -placed next to the 2-door display fridge in the kitchen. -Floor Plan updated -Bleach sanitizers front and back >100ppm chlorine residual -**label all cleaning chemical bottles -food worker nails trimmed -**the gloss/polish has to go as well -better organization in the kitchen goods off the floor on shelves -storage open bulk foods in rodent proof containers
