- Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Coolers (walk-in, prep) at < or = 4C
- Freezers (walk-in) at < or = -18C
- Hot holding units (hot food display, soup, wings) at > or = 60C
- High temperature dishwasher in use. Final rinse temperature reached 71.6C at the plate level.
- Multiple three compartment sinks available for manual dishwashing
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available at dispensers and spray bottles
- Hair control policy in place
- Good staff hand hygiene observed
- No signs of pests observed during inspection

*Operator states the two Quat sanitizer dispensers on the west side are not working properly and attempts at arranging for repairs have been made for the past 2 months. Currently, staff are manually preparing the sanitizer from the concentrate. No immediate concerns as staff are preparing the sanitizer at the correct concentration. Please contact the health inspector once repairs have been made.
