Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- Walk-in freezer at -20'C
- Display coolers at or below 4'C
- Hot-holding units for cooked foods at or above 60'C
- Temperature logs are maintained on site
- General sanitation is good during inspection
- Hand washing stations are adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Bleach solution in sanitizer pails (X2) measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs and bleach
- Meat grinder and meat saw observed in use during inspection. Staff stated that both pieces of equipment are disassembled, cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours
- Utensils and songs observed stored in sanitary manner
- No signs of pests during inspection
- All food observed stored at covered and at least 6 inches off the floor
- Raw meat observed stored away from ready-to-eat foods
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
- Permit posted in a conspicuous location on site
