Follow up inspection for JPAK-BZGSVX AND JPAK-BZGSSR -Dishwasher repaired to good working order; detected 50 ppm of residual chlorine after final rinse cycle -All items near and above food preparation area removed and cleaned. Operator is aware now that no items are to be stored near or above food preparation area. -Paper towel dispenser refilled at one of the hand washing station. -Discussed and educated updated Provincial Health Officer's orders for COVID-19; premises is set for catering and take out only; no dine in services. -Discussed COVID-19 Safety Plan. -No other concerns noted Signature not obtained due to COVID-19
