Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two bags of un-peeled onions were stored directly on the floor. The operator relocated the onions at the time of inspection.

Observation: Rodent droppings were noted in the back storage area. Droppings appears to be dry and old.
Corrective Action(s): Soak rodent droppings with 1:10 (bleach:water) bleach solution for 5-10 mintues, then wipe it off with paper towels. Correct this immediately.

Observation: 1. The back door was opened slightly. The operator closed the back door at the time of inspection.
2. Many items in the back storage area was stored directly on the floor

2. All items on premise must be stored >15 cm off the floor. This is to monitor pest activity and facilitate cleaning process. Correct this by: April 8, 2021

Observation: Heavy oil build up was noted at the kitchen hood. Professional hood cleaning was past due (Feb 2021). Heavy oil build up was noted behind the fryer.
Corrective Action(s): Kitchen hood is to be cleaned to remove oil build up. Clean and sanitize oil build up behind the fryer. Correct this by: April 8, 2021.
