Unapproved food items noted on Inspection Report DNGG-CSHV5J (dated 5-June-2023) have been removed from the premises. **Ensure all food items offered for sale are from an approved source. - Fruit leather sheets are now stored in display cabinet. Food product is protected from contamination. - Required cleaning has been completed. **Continue to maintain a higher level of sanitation throughout the premises. **Rotate storage pallets so that all areas of the premises can be thoroughly cleaned and pest monitoring can take place. **Continue to monitor for pest activity.
