Surface sanitizer available in bucket with presoaked cloths at 200 ppm of Quat.
Dry storage area is good/organized, off the floor, & all food is covered/.
Hot Holding Units > 60 C.
Scoops are stored safely at the time of inspection.
Ice-maker - satisfactory.
