Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher had 0ppm chlorine at final rinse. Sanitizer container was empty and replaced to a new bottle at this time. After priming the tube and running the dishwasher 3 times, >50ppm chlorine level was reached at the plate level at final rinse. Staff was advised to have all dishes washed today/yesterday rewashed through the dishwasher at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have the sanitizer level monitored on a regular basis as discussed at this time.

Observation: Mouse droppings observed by the back entrance door - left side.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all droppings removed and affected areas sanitized as agreed at this time. Continue to store food in pest proof containers at all times.

Observation: A gap was observed in the right corner of the back entrance door.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at - 18'C.
- Hot-holding units operating above 60'C.
- 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles throughout.
- Bar glasswasher achieved minimum level of iodine (>12.5ppm) at final rinse.
- Pop gun/holder in sanitary condition.
- Professional pest control company contracted for a monthly visit. Traps in place.
- Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop satisfactory.
- Foods delivered from approved sources.

General sanitation level satisfactory other than mentioned above.
