Comments

- Joint inspection with EHO Arvinder Brar. Discussed the use of beard restraints for food preparation and food service areas. Spoke to the priest and the kitchen lead volunteer, they were receptive to the introduction of the use of beard nets in food preparation./food service areas. This will be discussed further with management/council members.

- Routine inspection also conducted.
- Hand washing station was supplied with hot and cold running water and liquid soap. *Ensure paper towel is also always available at this sink.
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 71C at dish surface during rinse cycle.
- All coolers were measured to be at 4C or colder.
- Freezer temperatures were satisfactory
- Hot held food items were above 60C at time of inspection
- General sanitation satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
