- Hot held foods measured 60C or hotter
- Temperature logs available for review
- Recommend adding pop cooler to the temperature logs due to milk and refrigerated juices being stored within
- Foods date-labelled to facilitate FIFO
- Handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- Good hand hygiene observed
- Sanitizer measured 200ppm quats in both the sanibuckets and spray bottles
