Observation: Beer hose still hanging through ceiling of the basement and leading into a glass to collect waste beer.
Corrective Action(s): This is an ongoing violation. Fix the drainage issue for the drinks/beer. Date to be corrected by: 10 October 2017.

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (Soap dispenser at the main handwashing station (across from the two compartment sink) is empty. Staff did not know how to open the dispenser (proprietary dispenser and soap).)
Comments

- Soap dispenser filled; ensure that it is always stocked
- Premises now using bleach as a sanitizer instead of quats; concentration measured >200ppm chlorine. Use a solution of 5mL unscented household bleach to 2.5L of water for a 100ppm solution. Wiping cloths must be stored this bleach sanitizer solution when not in use.
- Working thermometer now in bottom of prep cooler
- Temperature logs are available; temperatures recorded twice daily
- Ice machine has been cleaned

- Food trucks are only parked at this location; commissary is in Maple Ridge. Food must not be prepared at this premises and must only be prepared at the commissary kitchen in Maple Ridge.
