Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff advised hot dogs are cooked until visually done.
Corrective Action(s): Discussed proper cooking practices, ensure cook wieners to 74 C internal temperature then keep above 60 C. Purchase a probe thermometer to determine internal temperature of wieners to ensure they are properly cooked.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Staff advised utensils and equipment are washed with soap and water then air dried.
2. Staff also advised using "antimicrobial" cloth to clean surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Reminded staff of proper sanitizing steps.
i. Wash with soap and water
ii. Rinse
iii. Soak in Sanitizer for 2 mins (100 ppm chlorine)
iv. Air dry.

Remind all staff of proper manual warewashing steps

- Hand sink had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- Chlorine bleach is on site for manual ware washing (reminded staff how to do it)
- Spray bottle had 200 ppm quats
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Ice scoop was found outside of the ice machine
