Routine inspection conducted. Findings: - Facility was not in operation at the time of inspection. Staff stated that cooking is conducted in the morning. - Walk in cooler recorded at 4C. - All handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 200ppm bleach solution was prepared by staff during inspection. 1 teaspoon bleach in 1 Litre of water - 3 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing. Bleach bottle & drain plugs available. - Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor. - Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate. - No signs of pest activity observed.
