Handwash station near drinks cooler is blocked with the rolling rack in front
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure that handsink is stocked fully and no items are stored (knives, pizza cutters) that will hinder the use of the sink
- Remove the rolling rack from the front of the handsink

Comments

All construction completed as per approved plans
- Handsink in dishwashing area/ prep area and in washrooms are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers, walk-in, pizza prep, undercounter storage and drinks cooler undercounter - are less than 4C
- Low temperature dishwasher is measured at 100ppm chlorine concentration after final cycle
- Sanitizer solution is available at required concentration of DDBSA/lactic acid
- Pizza in display is time tracked, left out for 1.56hours and then placed in cooler for donation. Records are maintained
- Pest control company is in place for regular service
- Foodsafe staff present
