Observation: Observed students using quat cleaner/sanitizer mixed product being used without a rinse on surfaces - contrary to the manufacturer's directions.
Corrective Action(s): Numerous changes have occurred for sanitizing chemicals. None have provided consistent, realistic chemicals for teaching kitchen use. Email me to further discuss your options. With your current chemical, it must be washed off to prevent chemical residue from contaminating foods.
