A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-C6UTZE and the following observations were made:
- Ensure soup is sold within 4 hours if the temperature does not reach 60C.
- Ensure that any soup that is not sold within 4 hours and is not at 60C must be discarded 4 hours after it has been cooked.
- Staff on site with FoodSafe Level 1 certification
- Single use containers were not observed to be reused
