Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Take-out sauces stating "Keep Refrigerated" on label observed to be stored at room temperature.
Staff stated it was taken out for ease of access approximately an hour before inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): *REPEAT* (Since July 2023) At start of inspection, spray bottle of QUATS sanitizer kept by mop sink measured >100ppm QUATS.
**Corrected during inspection** Inspector reviewed with staff on site proper method of dispensing sanitizer.
1. turn faucets on to 'fully open'
2. dispense sanitizer and let run for ~5 seconds to allow for dispenser to siphon sanitizer into water
3. fill sink with sanitizer and test
4. If step 3 is satisfactory, fill spray bottles.

Spray bottles are to be emptied at the end of the day to ensure a fresh bottle of sanitizer is mixed daily.

Storage area was well-organized.
