Routine Inspection conducted today. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. QUATs spray bottle at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available. Domestic dishwasher that is UL certified available. Stand-up domestic coolers/freezers combination measured at 4C and -18C or lower respectively. Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. No signs of pests observed. Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
