Comments

A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Thermometers have been installed in all cooler and freezer units. - Paper towels dispenser has been installed and secured to the wall adjacent to the hand sink, and it was full. - The low temperature dishwashers had [Cl2] of 0ppm, even though the sanitizer bottles was full and the pumps was primed and working. - City maintenance staff will contact repair company to fix the problem. - Do not use the dishwashers until they have been fixed and the [Cl2] is between 50-100ppm after the rinse cycle. Contact our office when the dishwashers have been repairs so a follow-up inspection can be scheduled.
