Follow up inspection to report# DSOG-AX9RSM:

Production Room A:
- Renovation has been completed.
- Handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Processing room maintained at 10C.
- Three compartment sink has been ordered and will be installed in Production Room A shortly. The operator stated that an updated floor plan that includes the three compartment sink will be sent to the health inspector via email. In the meantime, the operator has partitioned the one compartment sink into three compartments using large bins.
- Ster-Bac (KQ-12, Quat based solution) available at 200ppm Quat solution in large bins and in spray bottles.

***Processing of pork fluff, pork meatballs, and pork sausage may begin in Production Room A.
