Observation: Observed droppings in the back storage area; operator indicated thorough cleaning was done soon after the routine inspection on July 20. Droppings indicate pest activity.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to to contact pest management to that there is pest activity and find entrance points and harbourage areas. Thorough and more frequent cleaning must be performed and such must be updated on the sanitation plan. This is an ongoing issue that must be dealt continuously.

Follow up inspection for JPAK-CGHPQS
-Meat products in the water to take blood out noticed at one of the prep sinks but the temperature of the foods were at 4 C or lower. Operator indicated that they were taken out of the freezer this morning and that they stopped the old practice immediately.
-Prep cooler that was not working was replaced with a new prep cooler; measured the temperature to be below 4 C.
-Fan hood canopy had been cleaned, no grease build up noted. However, attention is still needed for the area below and between equipment
-A few items are still uncovered in the walk-in cooler
-Droppings found in the back storage area; operator indicated that they performed deep and thorough cleaning within a few days after routine inspection. Presence of droppings indicate pest activity. Operator is to inform pest management and find entrance points and/or harbourage area. Operator must update the sanitation plan and perform thorough cleaning more frequently.
