Things Corrected: 1.) Grease accumulation over the cookline (exhaust/ vent grates) were cleaned. Vents are scheduled for service on June 2023 2.) Fridge #3 measured 0 degrees C. Fridge #3 was repaired. Things to be corrected 1.) Door screen is still damaged. New door screen will be ordered by the operator as per staff. 2.) Dishwasher is still broken at time of inspection. New dishwasher was already ordered by the operator NOTE: send dishwasher specification to the health inspector 3.) Handsink in the dry storage was still broken. Operator already ordered parts. * NOTE: do not store the chair in front of the handsink near the cashier area.
