Routine inspection: coffee bean receiving, roasting, grinding, blending and packaging. Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Pest control services in place. No evidence of pests at time of inspection. Storage areas clean and organized. Coffee beans are placed into a loader with a magnet, roasted,goes through a de-stoner, ground, blended, degassed, then packaged. After the roasting process there is no handling.
