Comments

- Prep cooler and sliding glass-door cooler were maintaining temperatures at 4C or colder at time of inspection. - Each refrigeration unit is now equipped with its own thermometer - Temperature logs are now available for each cooler. - Food-contact surface sanitizer buckets are now available for storing wiping cloths in between uses. Sanitizer is changed every 2 hours - good. Thank you.
