Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot dog condiment preparation cooler at room temperature: 16 deg C -unit was powered down

Apparently worker may have accidentally kicked loose the power cord.

Lone worker has no idea how long the unit has been off.
Corrective Action(s): Discard all perishables from this unit: 4 boxes of Taquitos and hot dogs discarded

Observation: 1.AGAIN no means of sanitizing food contact surfaces at the front area available -this was noted in the last routine inspection.

2. QUAT dispenser in the back at 0ppm concentration
Corrective Action(s): 1. Correction Order issued -next enforceable step is ticketing.

Have your sanitizer spray bottle available at all times -at least one in the front and one in the back.

Reused wiping towels must be stored in sanitizer buckets when not actively used -maintained at >200ppm QUAT residual

2. Repair dispenser to minimum concentration of >200ppm -NOTE: the tubing line for dispenser is not reaching the solution and should reach all the way to the bottom of the bottle

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back staff washroom has only bare paper towel and toilet paper rolls available -they are not dispensed
Corrective Action(s): Bare paper towel and toilet paper rolls MUST be in dispenser to prevent the ends from being contaminated.

Place a garbage receptacle in the staff washroom.

Corrective Action(s): Worker does not have available extra tongs, tissue wipes and bags to faciltate sanitary removal. Remove these products.
