-Followup Inspection -Water pooling has been cleaned up and is maintained to an acceptable level by the back ice machines. Reminder to continue to maintain this area to be as dry as possible to eliminate the potential for breeding pests -Sanitizer measured 200ppm. Reminder to squeeze out the old towels before filling with new sanitizer as this may dilute the solution if the towel is soiled with water. -Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer bucket -Ice scoops stored with the handles face up Note: Minor spill in back keg cooler.
