General:
- handwashing station has hot and cold running water and paper towels
- sanitizer measured 100ppm chlorine in bucket - keep wiping cloths in the sanitizer when not in use
- dishwasher measured 71C at final rinse cycle
- back door closed at time of inspection
- ice machine appears sanitary
- facility is take-out only
- rice scoop stored in ice water - good
- discussed cooling: foods must cool from 60-20C in 2 hours or less, then from 20-4C in 4 hours or less

** noted container of sprouts and cooked chicken on prep cart - staff stated these were brought out at 14:30 and will be discarded by 16:30 if not used - DO NOT RETURN TO THE COOLER
