Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is excellent. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. All coolers measured at 4C or less. All freezers measured at -18C or less. Temperature log available and in use. Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm chlorine as per a test strip. General food storage practice is excellent. Random food items checked for packaging integrity and best before dates.
