Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): MULTIPLE OBSERVATIONS:
1) Lack of sanitizer solution upon arrival of inspector - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION
2) Dishwasher not achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 50ppm Chlorine rinse - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. New sanitizer bottle changed out with old one.
3) Grill flippers rinsed in front handsink. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION
4) Rice scooper sitting in stagnant water - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION

Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure sanitizer solution is made daily and kept available for use throughout the day.
2) OBTAIN TEST STRIPS. CHECK SANITIZER CONCENTRATIONS DAILY. The Health Inspector WILL NOT figure out what is wrong with the dishwasher during an inspection again. It is the owner's responsibility to check and maintain all equipment at facility. The next time the dishwasher is not being monitored and fails to sanitize dishes the facility will be CLOSED.
