Observation: Facility had proposed renovations in 2017 and the proposed floor plan was approved on February 24, 2017. During inspection, it was observed that the facility was not renovated as per the approved plans. 2 compartment dishwashing sink has been removed from the facility.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the facility is constructed as per the approved floor plan. Re-install the 2 compartment dishwashing sink at the same location in back kitchen area as it was approved earlier.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Utensils/dishes washed in low temp mechanical dihshwasher were not adequately sanitized as no chlorine residual was detected during rinse cycle of the dishwasher. Facility does not have 2 or 3 compartment dishwashing sink to conduct manual dishwashing.
Correction: Run all food contact surfaces through dishwasher to ensure that they are adequately washed, sanitized and air dried.

Follow-up inspection conducted to routine inspection (report #TGIL-CGBRK4).

Observations:
- Low temp mechanical dishwasher has been serviced by the technician.
- 100ppm chlorine residual measured during rinse cycle.
- All food contact surfaces/dishes are adequately washed and sanitized.

As discussed during routine inspection, approved floor plan has been verified. See violation above.
