Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a bag of bread stored below trays of raw meat
Corrective Action(s): Moved at time of inspection. Please be careful to store raw meats away from other products.

Observation: Rodent droppings found in back dish pit, along North wall, and underneath ice machine
Corrective Action(s): Steps being taken to close off wall with neighbouring store. Pest control company providing visits 2x monthly
Deeper cleaning needs to be done on a more frequent basis to identify hot spots, find access points, and clean up droppings.
Use 9 parts water and 1 part bleach up clean up droppings

Please take special care to clean around, and underneath the retrofitted fridge/ flour storage cupboard as this appears to be an area of higher activity.

Observation: Dishwasher took 3 cycles to barely reach adequate internal rinse temperature. Machine in use at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Gage appeared to show adequate rinse temperature, however thermometer inside differs.
Technician called at time of inspection. Use your internal thermometer to check sanitizing rinse temperature has been reached for each cycle until machine has been repaired. Check at least daily from then onwards.

Observation: Damage to tiles in dish pit. Some sharp edges and pooling water

Spray bottles with quat sanitizer all found at 200ppm except for 1 old bottle found with non. Refilled at time of inspection
General sanitation must be improved due to rodent issue. Make sure clean up along all walls is done frequently to deter further pest attraction
