Introduction

At the inspection dated March 11, 2021 there were 9 children and 2 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. No further action required by the Licensee or the Licensing Officer. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided. This inspection and the risk assessment were written off site and a copy was provided to the facility.
