Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Both prep coolers were less than 4C (top and bottom).
-Upright freezer was at -12C.
-Temperatures are checked daily for cold holding units and cooking temperatures of wings (records were missed this morning).
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in 3-compartment sink.
-Handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles properly labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Foods properly stored off the floor, covered, and protected from contamination.
-Staff washroom clean and sanitary.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
*Foodsafe Level 1 Certificates issued prior to July 29, 2013 (no expiry date) expire on July 29, 2018. Students may recertify by successfully completing a FoodSafe Level 1 course of online refresher course (foodsafe.ca).
