Routine inspection: Warehouse storage and distribution of grains, liquid malt, syrups, bulk chemicals, brewing supplies, etc. All items stored off the floor on pallets or shelves. Facility brightly lit with pest control services in place. General sanitation is excellent. Walk in cooler at 4 degrees C. No cold potentially hazardous foods stored. Staff washrooms leading to warehouse clean with hand sinks provided with liquid soap and single use paper towels. Warehouse washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
