-Upright Kenmore fridge outside the washroom was at 15 deg. C. Fridge is used to store some whole vegetables. Sliced vegetables were relocated to another cooler. Get the fridge repaired or do not use it for storing PHF's as discussed.

Ownership Change from partnership to corporation.

-Operator has FS level 1 certification.
-H/S is fully equipped. Provide soap in the soap dispenser that's mounted on the wall.
-200 ppm bleach is available for sanitizing other coolers <4 deg. C; freezers <-18 deg. C

-all hotholding is above 60 deg. C
-Ensure FSP's + SP's are up to date.
-Permit fee in the amount of $87.50 paid by cc over the phone via call to billing clerk at the time of the inspection.
