-Inspection conducted to grant health approval for ownership change at premises.
-Hand wash station in front service area and 3 comp sink in back had soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
-All coolers 4 deg. C or less (walk in, inserts, etc)
-Walk in freezer -18 deg. C
-Hot holding of soup, meat ball and chilli all higher than 60 deg. C
-Reviewed proper reheating procedures with operator. Foods are heated in microwave to 74 deg. C then transferred to a preheated hot holding unit.
-Sanitizer at source, spray bottle and container with cloths submerged 200 ppm.
-test strips available
-Reviewed manual warewashing procedures with operator. No concerns.
-Good general sanitation. No signs of pests.
-Temperature logs up to date. Ensure probe of thermometer is sanitized between uses.
